I was going to write a new post... but I don't feel up to it. Later.

Rain Rain Go Away... but Come Again, We Miss You.
This week has been nothing but rain! I really love rain, but this is just insane. Tonight there is a state of emergency issued over the whole state... and Arizona is getting more rain than it ever has. On top of that, there is a TORNADO watch. A tornado. In Arizona. What the heck? 2012? Try 2010. The Myans must have gotten it wrong. Just kidding. But it's pretty intense. Dani's school got cancelled tommorow due to flooding, and the rain is just supposed to get worse. She's out right now driving to worship practice in the rain and 50-60mph wind. I wish she wouldn't have gone out, it was hard enough driving yesterday. Praying that she makes it there and home safe tonight.
Speaking of news (I know, I haven't mentioned the news, but you are expected to know what goes on in my head as well as what I write down), they say Arizona is one of the top 10 worst places to find a job.
No kidding
But I can very thankfully say that I had an interveiw a few days ago that I personally think went very well. I should be hearing back in the next week or so about if I actually landed a job. In the meantime, im still plugging away filling out applications.
My room is cleaner than it has been since we moved in. I spent the last two days throwing stuff away, dusting, organizing, the works. It was surprisingly fun and satisfying, so I decided not to stop with my room. I cleaned my computer too, or started to anyways. I now have everything that I want to keep saved on an external harddrive, and am ready for a reformat :) I'll be doing that in the next few days I'm sure.
Ahh Dani just called. She made it to practice just fine, but her phone said she was roaming. Wonder what's going on with the cell phone companies right now...
Anyways, I'm going to leave it at that for now,(with a lemony fresh room and wet socks) Have a good night everyone, and I hope you are getting some of this awesome weather too.

Catching Up
If you read my last post, you know I went to Ohio over Christmas/New Years. I've been back for almost two weeks now, but I've been pretty busy. Busy enough not to post anything here anyways. The trip was amazing. I loved everything about it, except the fact that the weather gave me some killer headaches. But I got to see snow falling for the first time, went tubing, visited four new states completely on the other side of the country, and met some of the coolest people ever. Dani's family is great. They taught me a new dice game, aptly called "greedy". Im addicted. And to add to my list of addictions (Cheeze its still probably ranking number one), I am now hooked on Wii. I want one of my own, but not until I find a full time job. I don't need any more distractions from that than I already have. I would love to live in Ohio-- at least I think I would. They tell me the weather gets pretty old after a while. But they don't live in Arizona where there aren't even seasons. Here there is just hot and hotter. I am really looking forward to going back when there is more green there. They say it's beautiful.
Since I got back from Ohio I have been busying myself mostly with job searching, some school, and of course, spending time with my love. So far the job market is as disappointing as ever, but I am not willing to give up hope. I have marriage to look forward to, and I need a job for that to happen. I don't even have enough money to buy a ring right now-- not a nice enough one for her anyways... Let me be more specific, so you don't get the wrong idea about her. She is awesome. She would probably be happy with a ring out of the little quarter machines at the grocery store, but what I meant is that I can't afford a ring that even comes close to what I want to get for her. We went looking at rings "for fun" today. More like to decide what kind of ring she wants so that I know what to buy when I get enough money. It was alot of fun. She was nervous about it and about marriage in general, but we were both really excited. We know the kind of ring she wants now. Have I told you how beautiful she is? On second thought, I don't want to brag, you might get jealous and we don't want that. *cough*
The jewelry stores in the mall are very pushy, but they disguise it well. They want you to buy a ring. Thats about it. They find one that you say you like and they start pulling out paperwork and telling you how to pay for it. "Sign up for our account and do financing"... we heard that from every one of the people we talked to today. "We're just looking today, thanks".
I can't even describe how much I want to marry this girl. I wish I could propose right now, but "Love is patient", and that means I have to be too. I've been praying for a good full time job opportunity, among other things. Marriage is going to be hard. It really is. But it's so going to be worth it.
Well, I'm expecting a call (or text) before 9:00, so I'm off for tonight. God Bless. I hope your day was as good as mine!

Prepping for Launch
...Well, sort of. My girlfriend and I are leaving for Ohio on Tuesday. We'll be there 10 days, and I think most of them are going to be celebrating Christmas with her various family members. Its going to be a whole ton and a half of fun! Im really excited to get out of Arizona for a while. Celebrating Christmas with her folks tommorow after church. Just another thing to be excited for!
Life is really sporatic and confusing sometimes. There is always a constant though. God is always there no matter what. Its good to know that. And I always have my girl. We played more Mad Gab today. It was frustrating at points, but still pretty fun.
Im tired. Im grumpy. My eyes hurt. I want God to just set stuff in my lap sometimes and say "here you go, have fun". I know He does that alot. But I'm a lazy sinner and I want EVERYTHING to be given to me. Give me a job, with no work and frustration put into finding it please. Give me a nice car, a flawless relationship with no arguments EVER, and one of those cool little porch swings attached to a porch that wraps completely around a nice house attached to a whole lot of land. Oh yes, and do it now please. While you're at it, if you wouldn't mind getting rid of the zit on my chin and the pesky itching on my neck, I'd appreciate that too (but I would forget you did it for me right away).
*sigh*
God makes each snowflake unique. Did you know that?

What Things May Come
I have been thinking about the future alot since about a year ago, when I met the girl I am going to marry. I haven't had much luck with finding a job, or even choosing a good career path. I finally stopped expecting the answer to fall into my lap with no mistakes, and started work on an online college called CollegePlus!, though I still am unsure of what things may come in the future, what job (or jobs) I am supposed to have, what degree I am supposed to shoot for, I do have a goal, and when there is something to shoot for, everything is much more worthwhile. I hope that I start making a few hundred bucks a month passively off of this eHow thing after I get a good 50 or 100 articles written. I know I'm miserably short of that right now.
I had the first two parts of my three part thyroid "Uptake" scan today. They pretty much made me swallow some radioactive goop, and then took pictures of my neck (and one of my leg for some strange reason that I didn't even bother to ask). Tommorow will hopefully be one of the last doctor's appointments I will need to have for a while. I am getting incredibly tired of being poked and having weird cold goo spread on various parts of my body.
My love, my mother and I all played Mad Gab tonight. I finally found a game that I am better at than my amazing girlfriend (for now, she will probably be better than me in no time). She's good at everything, though she'll never admit it.
I am very much looking forward to going to Ohio on the 22nd. It's gonna be really cold. Im cold now. I am tired. I need money. Theres one last thing that needs to be bought before the 22nd... I could be a little more mysterious, but whats the fun in that? Goodnight whoever is reading this.

Uptake? Upchuck? Upwhat?
I am about to leave to go get an "Uptake" scan of my "Thyroid". Im not sure what either of those are completely, but they tell me it has to do with the fact that I sweat too much and lose weight when I'm actually supposed to gain it. Doesn't sound like a problem? It is. Just trust me on that.
My eHow articles broke $20 in earnings yesterday. My article list now reads "Earnings in December: $22.87" above it, which is not half bad considering I only have 11 articles and just started writing them less than a week ago.
I really should get going. Hopefully everything goes well today. I really am tired. Lets shoot for a good day today. Optimism usually pays off.

My Relic Computer (Random thoughts of the day)
Today I saw a red truck with a license plate that read “Yeah So”. It was as if the driver was expecting me to be complaining about something, and was telling me that he did not value my opinion at all. “You cut me off!”… Yeah so? “You just ran a red light” … Yeah so? It seems like a very rude thing to have permanently attached to the back of your vehicle. I wouldn’t want to insult everyone that ever had the misfortune to be stuck behind me. Then again, I am a bit of a hypocrite. I have a bumper sticker that says “U Sin”. It used to say “ASU Nursing”, but I don’t expect the average Joe behind me to know that. But technically Mr. Average DOES sin, so its more of a fact than an insult.
I also realized (or re-realized, I should say) that my computer runs pathetically slow, and that I have about 5 years of programs that I don’t ever use slowing it down. Time for a reformat? I think so. Unfortunately I don’t know exactly where my XP restore discs are, and if I had to resort to Vista (assuming my old relic computer could handle it), I would probably throw my computer against a wall, pick it up, rinse and repeat until there was nothing left but a few bits of plastic and some little green things with wires attached to them. I wonder what Windows 7 is like... Decisions decisions.
My love tore up the basketball court tonight and demolished the competition. It was a close game for a while, and then our team kicked into high gear and started scoring and stealing up a storm. It was a good night, but much too short as always.
My newest eHow article is up. It is on
How to Make Money with Pay Per Click Ad Sites. It really tells you that you can’t make much and warns about scams.
Anyways, this is my last post for today, sorry for going post crazy, I got a little excited about having one of these “blog” dealies.
